Returns

All of my products are made to very highest quality and checked very carefully by me before being sent in the post or sold at events.

Because I am so sure you will be delighted with your goods I offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to me, in its original condition within 21 days of the date you placed your order. Your refund will be given, less the cost of the original postage and packaging if you bought online.

Please make sure any returned items are carefully packaged and posted appropriately as no refund will be given for any items lost or damaged in the post.
